Week 4

PART I:
Dynasty (sports): a team or individual that dominates their sport or league for an extended length of time
Best sports dynasties:

Jordans’ Chicago Bulls 1991-1998 Was it the Bulls or Jordan? They won 6 finals and three-peated twice. It was almost as simple as a decision for Jordan. All six finals did have Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Coach Phil Jackson.

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots 2001-???? Tom Brady can now be separated from the patriots name as he was able to switch teams this past season and still win the Super Bowl. Brady won 6 in New England and now his 7th in Tampa Bay.

Uconn Women's Basketball 2002-2016 They have won 11 championships including a three peat from 2002-2004 and a four-peat from 2013-2016. They also were able to win a total of 111 games straight.

New York Yankees They have won a total of 27 championships and have accumulated what most people would call five dynasties all for the same team.

Part II: Futura Family and Dynasty

I am going to combine my part 1 with my traditional meaning of family. We are going to call it the “Futura Family”. Not only is everybody blood related but they also are the best space ball team in the galaxy and they have been for years. Space ball is a sport where two teams of 6 people faceoff and try to get the ball into the opposing team's goal. Jet packs are used to move freely throughout space and the equipment is pictured below. The team’s captain is Johnny Rocket Futura. Johnny is a master of his craft and regarded as the best space ball player in the galaxy. It's like he possesses some special power that nobody else does. He is about six feet tall and has shoulder length brown hair. His right hand man is named Joey Futura. Joey is almost just as good as Johnny but has no problem with Johnny being the center of attention. Joey does a lot of behind the scenes work and makes sure the rest of the team is prepared for their weekly space ball matches. The goalkeeper is named Balstoppa Futura and he is the largest of them all. He stands at 6 foot 6 inches and weighs about 250 lbs. He is like a brick wall when it comes to protecting the goal. The remaining three, Luke Rosie and Jimmy Futura are all great role players. These six have led their spaceball team to 10 consecutive championships. Their only true competition is the team from mars but they still haven’t been able to dethrone the Futura Dynasty.
